Last spring, I was staying with my aunt in Vancouver, Canada. When the myriads of cherry trees in the streets bloomed, it was simply glorious. The air was perfume, sweet with a million pink flowers bursting forth out of the trees. It was so wonderful to stroll down those streets with each breeze bringing down a pink blizzard of petals. I made it a point to take a walk every day, sometimes more than once a day, just to soak in the beauty of it all. sakura 01 sakura 02
