30 Days, 30 Things

30 Days, 30 Things is a DIY blog that I just came across. By their own description, they “create one product per day out of discarded material. [Their] goal is to design beautiful and useful things for 30 days in a row. For everyone who collaborates and sends [them] their project, the blog will be extended for one day.” A very unusual concept indeed. Currently, they are already up to day 629!

Some of my favourite upcycled items on the site:

Shampoo bottle pouches (link)

Board game journals (link)

The site is a little clunky to navigate, though, because it doesn’t have an index. Hopefully they’ll install one in the near future. Otherwise, some good inspiration for upcycling projects.
